Cameron has a really bad habit. After putting him to bed, he lays in his bed and talks to himself. I always have to tell him over and over again that it's bed time, and he needs to stop talking. Tonight, after telling him several times to stop talking, I yelled for him to stop talking and to go to sleep. He yells back from his room, "I will in a minute, Mom. I'm almost done praying!" Oops. My bad.

I just decided that instead of yelling at my four kids like I do every night, much in the same fashion you described, I'm going to scream "Aren't you done praying yet???" That way when they say "huh, what are you talking about? We weren't praying." I can say "Ok then, shutup and go to sleep!!!" without any worries about interrupting their prayer time. Thanks for the tip!
